A memorial for my friend James Grassby will be held Friday, Feb. 25 at Fraser Auditorium, Laurentian University, starting at 1 pm.

Grassby, who died last month at the age of 92,  was a good friend to the community and raised thousands of dollars for good causes over the years. He was a role model for people who plan to live long and healthy, active lives. His friends and associates José Blanco, Ernie Checkeris, Michael Cullen, former police chief Ian Davidson, John Elliot, Marlene Gorman,  Allison Hood, André Lacroix, Kelly McGrath, Ken Wallenius, and Tamas Zsolnay, as well as members of the Grassby family will be part of the memorial service.
