SilverCity to present Oscar nominated shorts

Shorts International and Cineplex Entertainment are pleased to present The Oscar Nominated Short Films 2010 at select Cineplex Entertainment theatres across the country including Sudbury's SilverCity Cinema. The Oscar® Nominated Short Films 2010 will be shown on Monday, March 1, Thursday, March 4 and Sunday, March 7.
The collection of all nominated shorts will be available to be seen on the big screen to the general public before the Oscar broadcast on March 7. The line-up includes The New Tenants, A Matter of Loaf o Death starring Wallace & Gromit and The Door among many others.
Advance tickets are now available online at www.cineplex.com/events as well as at participating theatre box offices. General admission is $10. Guests can also enjoy a double feature for $14.50. Audiences are invited to predict the winners at www.shortshd.com/theoscarshorts.
Cineplex Entertainment will present The Oscar Nominated Short Films 2010 – Live Shorts on March 1 at 7pm; Animated Shorts on Thursday, March 4 at 7 pm as well as the Double Feature live action (noon) and animation shorts (2 pm) Sunday, March 7.
