Celebrate Women to present Dr. Samantha Nutt, author of Damned Nations, Greed, Guns, Armies, and Aid will be the guest speaker at Celebrate Women 2012. Nutt is a co- founder and executive director War Child Canada. Celebrate Women is a fundraising event for CFUW Sudbury, YWCA Sudbury and LEAF. The event will take place at Fraser Auditorium at 7:30 pm. A reception and book signing will follow. Tickets are $10. This memorable night includes themes from The Lone Ranger, Bonanza, High Noon, Oklahoma! The Alamo, and Copland’s Rodeo.
